PLEASE BE ADVISED – CHECK IN POLICY
We would like to advise you that as per the Government Requirements all guests staying in the hotel have to present an original and valid identification upon check in (Passport or local driving license).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival – no charge
Cancellation received between 7 days and the day prior to arrival – one night’s charge
Cancellation received on the day of arrival and/or no-shows – entire stay will be charged
EARLY CHECK IN & EARLY DEPARTURE
Please be aware that standard check in time at the hotel is 14.00hrs and check out time is 1200 noon. Should you require the room prior to the standard check in time, the room must be reserved from the previous night. In any case and should availability permits, we will do our utmost best to accommodate such request. For departures later than 12.00 noon, a day use fee of Euros shall be applied, subject to availability. Please notify our reception personnel at least one day in advance.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests will be noted on top priority and are subject to availability.
WHERE DO I BREAK MY FAST
Our rich buffet breakfast is served in the Lounge and it is included in your daily rate. Should you have visitors with you that would like to join you for breakfast, the rate is 5 euros per person or 3 per child for outside guests.
