Our hotel located in the very central Delta Faliron of Golf Saronikos point of the beginning of the so called "Athens Riviera"  The hotel was renovated in 2004 and since is kept in very good condition (Photos) The front out door with 5-7 free car parking places...

I. Descrition of the rooms :

• Nestorion Hotel offers for rental 29 standards very clean and well maintained rooms. The rooms are extend across 4 floors
• 1st floor : 8 ( eight ) 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108
• 2nd floor : 8 ( eight ) 201, 202, 203, 204 , 205, 206 , 207, 208
• 3rd floor : 8 ( eight ) 301, 302, 303, 304, 305 , 306, 307, 308
• 4th floor : six (6 ) 401, 402, 403, 404, 406, 407
• All rooms are doubles or twins and in case of request are used as singles.
• In the front and in the back side of the hotel we have some fine standards.
• The rooms are decent, furnished with beds with cover beds (coverlet), carpet, TV and desk or work table, built-in furniture refrigerator, air conditioning with remote control, central heating during the winter, wireless access internet (wi-fi ) in the room, facial care items (soap, shampoo) and hairdryer available on request.
• Upon request the hotel can provide laundry, ironing services. Smokers are accepted in some rooms although.
• Reception meets service for wake Up through number 9.
• Bath and shower towels are provided daily as well as housekeeping. Sheets are changed on the third day.

• The Cafe Bar NESTORION is located inside the hotel between reception and breakfast room and serves mainly guests both hotel and externals.
• TV-Room for smokers infront.
• Pergola outside.
• The city of Palaio Paleo Faliro is extended eastern to the hotel.
• The sea is 1.500 meters away and there two beaches for swimming in 2 and 3 km. Ath the coast there is the modern marina Flisvos with plenty nautical sports facilities, restaurants, cafe, museum, cinemas, etc
• The hotel provides "Mini business corner" with a computer and wi-fi e-printer for free.
• The Paleo Faliro is a key destination near important archaeological sites of Athens Acropolis and Parthenon, excursion for a half a day to Cape Sounio (Temple of God Poseidon) one day cruise to three islands etc.
• Access to the Athens International Airport is very easy (X96 Agia Skepi/Gefyra), as well to the harbor of Piraeus.
• The hotel collaborates with full taxi service to/from Athens International Airport and car rental if needed.
• The hotel disposes free of charge parking area in the front 6-7 places to serve alternately the clientele. Moreover the nearby area offers free places especially during the afternoon hours.
