Ο κύριος και η κυρία Λέϊ Λιού αποφάσισαν μια μέρα στη ζωή τους να πραγματοποιήσουν ένα ταξίδι στην Ελλάδα. Και να λοιπόν που έβαλαν την ιδέα τους σε εφαρμογή κάνοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα, κρατήσεις θέσεων σε αεροπλάνα, ξενοδοχεία και σε άλλα μεταφορικά μέσα και άρχισαν να απολαμβάνουν το όνειρο. Εμείς τους συναντήσαμε κάπου στη μέση. Δηλαδή το πρώτο stay που λένε είχε πραγματοποιηθεί στο ξενοδοχείο Radisson Blue στην Αθήνα, παράλληλα και οι επισκέψεις των μνημείων στην Αθήνα. Το ταξίδι στο must-see νησί, της Μεσογείου την Σαντορίνη πρέπει να ενθουσίασε πάρα πολύ το ζεύγος και έμεναν ακόμη τρεις μέρες στην Αθήνα, που διάλεξαν όχι τυχαία να την περάσουν στον Nestorion. To μη τυχαίο ή μυστικό δεν θα σας το αποκαλύψουμε.. Αλλά διαπιστώσαμε ότι η επιθυμία τους να επισκεφθούν τους Δελφούς ήταν τρομερή.
Κάναμε τα αδύνατα δυνατά να τους ικανοποιήσουμε. Ήθελαν να μεταβούν εκεί με την τοπική συγκοινωνία (ΚΤΕΛ) πράγμα το οποίο και έγινε. Οι εντυπώσεις από το τοπίο, τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε ότι ήσαν του τύπου Henry Miller. Τόπο πολύ τους άρεσαν όλα όσα είδαν εκεί. Και επειδή είναι και πολύ social άνθρωποι συνομίλησαν με ντόπιους (local) εκεί και ενθουσιάστηκαν με τα μηνύματα αυτού του ιερού τόπου. Και μας ήρθε στο νου ο ρηξικέλευθος Αμερικάνος Συγγραφέας που επισκέφθηκε την Ελλάδα λίγο πριν τον Δεύτερο Παγκόσμιο πόλεμο (1939) και έγραψε το περίφημο "Κολοσσό του Μαρουσιού". Στο βιβλίο αυτό ο Μίλλερ περιγράφει ένα ταξίδι προς το φώς, προς ένα άλλο ουρανό πάνω από τον ουρανό" και για μιά Ελλάδα "Greece is the home of the gods"
Το ζεύγος Λέι Λιού μίλησε για το πόσο τυχερό ήταν να πραγματοποιήσει ένα πραγματικά αληθινό ταξίδι που κατά τη διάρκεια του οποίου όσα και όσους είδαν "αισθάνθηκαν Έλληνες" Αυτό νομίζουμε τα λέει όλα.. Ευχαριστούμε και ευχόμαστε στους φίλους και πατριώτες (!) Λέι Λιού καλά να είναι και να μην σταματήσουν να αγαπάνε και να αγαπώνται ως ταξιδιώτες ενός ειρηνικού κόσμου.-

It is not mandatory an American citizen of Chinese origin, and tourist in Greece, to know the writer Henry Miller. But we experienced the following incident:
Mr. and Mrs. Lei Liu decided one day in their lives to make a trip to Greece. And then they put their idea into practice by doing all the necessities, book flights, hotels and other means of transport and began to enjoy the dream. We met somewhere in the middle of their voyage. The first stay was held at the Hotel Radisson Blue in Athens, parallel and visits of monuments in Athens. The trip must-see island, Mediterranean Santorini was very exciting and the couple still lived three days in Athens, and chose this time to stay at Nestorion. We saw that their desire to visit Delphi was very strong. We did our utmost to to satisfy them. They wanted to go there with the local transportation (bus) which is done so. The impressions of the landscape, the archaeological site of which they had was the type of Henry Miller(!). They much liked everything they saw there. And because they are very social people, chatted with locals and raved about the messages of this holy place. And then came to our mind the groundbreaking American writer who visited Greece shortly before the Second World War (1939) and wrote the famous "Colossus of Maroussi". In this book, Miller describes a journey towards the light, towards another sky above the sky of Greece" and of "Greece is the home of the gods"
